NOMAD is Nigerian-owned and operated, and exists to serve the procurement, technical, engineering, and project management needs of operators and contractors across Nigeria's energy, infrastructure, industrial, and power sectors — and, over time, across the wider African market.
NOMAD is structured to meet Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act requirements, and is registered on both the NUPRC and NIPEX platforms.
Our executive team brings combined experience across engineering, procurement, project management, and regulatory affairs in the Nigerian market. NOMAD is built to be a long-term, indigenous partner — not a single-contract vehicle.
